Work it out

I went with a friend on Monday to a body flow class. Body flow is a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Whoa... I have done Yoga for a while now, but let me tell you, body flow is another monster! I am STILL sore 3 days later from that class! I can't wait to go back, lol! I really need to amp up my workout wardrobe for the fall though before I head back into the gym. My worn out tanks and compression capris that I bought when I was still pregnant aren't cutting it. Here's what's on my wishlist!



Not gonna lie, this outfit would be perfect for grocery shopping! Happy Hump Day!
